TANATEX Chemicals is active to pre-register all chemical substances with the ECHA. REACh requires the safe use of products over the entire life-cycle to be examined, which means that an intensive exchange of information with suppliers and customers is needed to meet these requirements.
Therefore, TANATEX Chemicals is currently contacting its business partners. After the pre-registration period expires ons December 1st 2008, we shall be using only raw materials in conformity with REACh (pre-registration by manufacturer / importer).
With its pre-registration activities TANATEX Chemicals is makeing very effort to avoid unnecessary disruption in the supply and marketing of products. In conformity with the transitional provisions of the REACh legislation, full registration of relevent substances will be carried out in the period from 2010 to 2018.
