EDOLAN^® CA

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Very soft polyurethane dispersion to be applied as a basecoat due to its softness and flexibility in combination with its good adhesion properties. High affinity towards synthetic fibers and especially polyamide and thus excellent applicable for creating high-performance articles with elevated requirements regarding adhesion in combination with (cold)flex and abrasion. Elongation 1200% and solids 60%.

EDOLAN^® CM

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Soft, multi-purpose polyurethane dispersion especially suitable to be applied as a stable mechanical foamed basecoat, however can be applied as compact base- or topcoat as well. The resulting coatingfilm shows good but tough flexibility with excellent abrasion resistance even when applied as foam. Elongation 800% and solids 60%.

EDOLAN^® CT

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Soft to medium hard polyurethane dispersion mainly to be applied as a topcoat for coating of (technical) textile fabrics. The resulting coating has high scratch and abrasion resistance. EDOLAN CT can also be applied as basecoat when a more stiffer handle is required. Suitable for mechanical foam coatings. Elongation 1000% and solids 60%.

EDOLAN^® CU

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Soft to medium soft polyurethane dispersion for general applications. Has a high elasticity and results in soft, slightly rubbery handle. Main building block for different formulations for both fashion and technical applications. Fixation at lower temperatures possible. Mechanical foamable. High lightfastness. Moderate washresistance. Elongation 1300% and solids 60%.

EDOLAN^® EP 6260

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Very hard polyester based polyurethane dispersion with a high scratch and abrasion resistance. Extremely suitable to be applied as a topcoat or as a handle modifier in different coating formulations. Is highly plasticizer resistant and has a good adhesion to certain PVC. Elongation 300% and solids 40%.

EDOLAN^® EP 6390

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Aqueous self-crosslinking aliphatic polyester based polyurethane dispersion for coating of textiles with very high binding capacity of functional solids like FR additives and/or pigments. Results in a stiff rigid handle and thus suitable for stiffening of synthetics substrates as well, without “white crack”. Very good hydrolysis and UV resistant.

EDOLAN^® GS

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Super soft polyester based polyurethane dispersion with a high affinity to synthetic based fabrics and especially polyamide. Resulting in flexible coatings with high adhesion values. Elongation 1000% and solids 50%.

EDOLAN^® HF

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Medium hard but flexible polyester based polyurethane dispersion with a high affinity to polyester based fabrics. High plasticizer resistant and high adhesion to PVC based substrates and therefore can be used as an adhesion/lamination coat between the two mentioned media. Free from organic solvents and emulsifiers. Elongation 600% and solids 40%.

EDOLAN^® HS

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Medium soft very flexible, high solids polyester based polyurethane dispersion for general use. Ideal as a flexible topcoat without being too sticky. Very suitable for mechanical foam. Free from organic solvents and emulsifiers. Elongation 650% and solids 50%.

EDOLAN^® LS

Ionicity: Slightly anionic
Description: Extremely soft polyester based polyurethane dispersion for direct coating of textiles for mainly fashion related articles. Also suitable in finishing formulations to modify the handle of textiles. Easy foamable. Fixation at lower temperatures possible. Elongation 1200% and solids 30%.

EDOLAN^® LV

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Medium soft polyester, polyether based polyurethane dispersion for both coating and finishing of textiles. Has excellent hydrolysis resistance. In combination with SYNTHAPPRET® BAP 01 applicable for felt free finishing of wool and wool blends. Improves the dimension stability and reduces pilling. Elongation 550% and solids 40%.

EDOLAN^® RU 01

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Extremely hard, rigid polyester based polyurethane dispersion for very hard topcoats with excellent scratch resistance and slip properties. Often used as handle modifier in formulations or as stiffening of fabrics by means of padding. Good flow properties without film forming on the rollers of the foulard. Very good adhesion on certain PVC types. Elongation 35% and solids 34%.

EDOLAN^® SC

Ionicity: Nonionic to anionic
Description: Very soft aqueous polyurethane dispersion for impregnation of (synthetic) textiles and non-wovens, prior to coating, to improve mechanical properties of the final article. Improves tear strength. Improves dimension stability. Improves wrinkle recovery and elasticity. Prevents the coating to penetrate and subsequently prevents stiffening and/or white crack.

EDOLAN^® SE

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Medium soft polyether based polyurethane with a soft, but dry, non-sticky handle. To be applied in topcoat fomulations to improve hydrolyses resistance. Has affinity and therefore good adhesion to many different substrates. Main component of the ' Smart Fix' concept. Elongation 650% and solids 35%.

EDOLAN^® SN

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Very soft, non-sticky, polyether based polyurethane dispersion for direct coating of all types of textiles. Resulting in glossy coatings with a pleasant feel. Very high wash- and hydrolyses resistant. Elongation 1100% and solids 40%.

EDOLAN^® UC

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Medium soft polyester based polyurethane dispersion for general applications. Has a high elasticity and results in soft rubbery handle. Main building block for different formulations for both fashion and technical applications. Fixation at lower temperatures possible. Mechanical foamable. Moderate wash resistance. Elongation 700% and solids 40%. EDOLAN® UH is the 50% solids version.

EDOLAN^® UH

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Medium soft polyesterbased polyurethane dispersion for general applications. High Solid version of the EDOLAN® UC. Elongation 700%, solids 50%.
