EDOLAN^® BB

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Very soft basecoat of the TANATEX aqueous system of “breathable” aliphatic polyurethane dispersions for use in high performance, high moisture vapor transmission (MVT) coatings for texiles and non-woven. This basecoat has high affinity to all types of fibres and due its softness it results in very flexible articles. With the system it is possible to realise high watercolumn in relation to the MVT rate.

EDOLAN^® BF

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Aqueous RFU compound for stable mechanical foam-coating on textiles and non-woven resulting in a very soft handle with a dry, non-sticky touch and with breathable characteristics. The product is very easily mechanical foamable and has a good foamstabilty. Excellent for black-out, resulting in very soft handle and nice drape. Good resistance to domestic washing. For breathable systems EDOLAN® BT can be used as topcoat.

EDOLAN^® BT

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Soft to medium hard topcoat of the TANATEX aqueous system of “breathable” aliphatic polyurethane dispersions for use in high performance, high moisture vapor transmission (MVT) coatings for texiles and non-woven. This topcoat has a semi dull appearance and a pleasant, dry, non-tacky feel resulting in nice drape. With the system it is possible to realise high watercolumn in relation to the MVT rate. Excellent to be applied as topcoat on EDOLAN® BF when applied as the basecoat.

EDOLAN^® DSR

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Special anti-soiling, water- and oil repellant agent to achieve “easy cleaning” properties on coated articles for outdoor applications. Pronounced oil and water repellency with very good dry soil repellency. Adhesion of dry dirt/soil is reduced and can easy be removed by water spray or rain. Suitable for all types of fibres, best performance on (coated) PES.

EDOLAN^® EP 5951

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Fully compounded hydrophobic topcoat for the coating of textiles for outdoor articles - tents or (boat)covers - or tablecloth due to its excellent stain resistant properties. The coating has a repellent surface with a semi gloss and natural appearance and results in a very soft handle. Also usable as one coat system. Very good wash resistant. Use EDOLAN® AZ as basecoat when stainresistance is required.

EDOLAN^® EP 5954

Ionicity: Slightly anionic
Description: Balanced formulated compound to realize thin layer coatings with durable water- and oil repellent properties on the coated side of the fabric only. Can be applied by knife-on-air but preferably by rotary screen. Extended wash- and dry clean properties.

EDOLAN^® RL 970

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Aqueous ready-for-use polyurethane dispersion for coating and impregnation of synthetic textiles as thermal reactive tie coat for T-PVC and TPU lamination. Excellent adhesion to PES fibers and plasticizer resistant. Free from organic solvents.

EDOLAN^® RL 979

Ionicity: Weakly anionic
Description: Soft aqueous dispersion for coating and finishing of (technical) textiles and non-wovens. Hydrophilic self-crosslinking binder with soft, non sticky handle and a good binding capacity. Excellent suitable to be applied by finishing to improve the dimension stability of knits, to improve the resistance to shrinkage after washing, to improve the anti-pilling properties of fabric and knits and to increase the dry and wet rubbing fastness of prints.

EDOLAN^® RL 996

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Aqueous hydrophilic compound for mechanical foam coating of non woven for “cleaning wipe” related articles. Fully compounded, ready to use product (only pigments need to be added) with soft and dry, non sticky handle.

EDOLAN^® RL 998

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Aqueous compound for coating of “SCRIPT” effect on textiles. Dull topcoat to realize a so-called “writing” effect. Polishable resulting in shiny effects. Resistant to domestic washing. After washing the writing effects are gone but can be newly generated.

EDOLAN^® RL 999

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Very soft, high performance, multi purpose polyurethane dispersion for coating of textiles. For technical coatings due to its high performance properties and fashionable coatings due to its handle. Suitable to realize synthetic leather like articles by direct coating. Good adhesion to cellulosics, synthetics and their blends. Applicable for technical coatings due to its high performance properties.

EDOLAN^® SI and SIC

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Compound system for coating on textiles for fashion articles to obtain soft and elastic finishes with a typical “siliconic” touch, either transparent or pigmented.

EDOLAN^® WSF

Ionicity: Anionic
Description: Aqueous compound for coating on textiles to realise a so called “Wash-off”, “Wash-down” or “Vintage look” effect. Does not impair the sewability properties of the (coated) fabric. When crosslinked, excellent suitable to be applied as a general purpose soft basecoat or as the basic compound for different fashionable coatings.
