TANATEX successful at World Carpet Congress

During the third World Carpet Conference in Kortrijk, Belgium on November 6th and 7th 2008 TANATEX Chemicals presented “New developments in fluorocarbons”.

Mr. Johan Cleyman presented a new ecologically optimized concept in carpet protection comprising: chlorine protection, water- and oil repellency, stain blocking properties and dry soil release based on C-6 fluorocarbons.

The combination of different TANATEX products enabled a full proof protection of carpets against chlorine staining, acid dyestuff containing stains, like Kool-Aid and ketchup, protection against oily dirts stains and a fantastic dry soil release effect. TANATEX Chemicals demonstrated the required effects live on the spot on untreated and on treated carpets during the presentation.

TANATEX Chemicals was also present at the Futurotextile Exhibition ‘08 which was held simultaneously to the Congress. TANATEX Chemicals presented its products covering the whole Carpet Perfection cycle, from dyeing to printing and finishing, with a special focus on new innovations in carpet printing.

All visitors were extremely positive about both the lecture and the exposition presentation.
